In its role as the Official Sports Shop, INTERSPORT Sweden will distribute UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2009 branded merchandise throughout their Swedish retail outlets. In order to offer all fans an easy access to the merchandise, INTERSPORT Sweden has decided to create a designated web shop which will be launched specifically for this event. In addition, INTERSPORT Sweden will also act as the official on-site retailer, selling a broad range of products at all of the four stadia of the tournament.
“Based on the great collaboration we did experience with INTERSPORT during UEFA EURO 2008™, we are convinced that UEFA has chosen the right partner to make sure that high quality products are offered to the football fans in Sweden" said Philippe Margraff, UEFA Commercial Director.
The exclusive line of merchandise will be available at selected INTERSPORT shops in Sweden and trough its web shop as of June. Furthermore, the INTERSPORT shops located in the Host Cities of Göteborg, Halmstad, Helsingborg and Malmö will be offering an extended collection of Official Licensed Products to the fans.
