INTERSPORT opens its first Official Sports Shop of Licensed Products for the UEFA EURO 2008™
20.06.2007 | One year ahead of the UEFA EURO 2008™, INTERSPORT Austria opened its first Official Sports Shop of Licensed Products in Vienna.
On June 4th, the first Official Sports Shop of Licensed Products has opened its doors at
INTERSPORT Eybl in Vösendorf, Vienna. With Vienna being the first city offering Official Licensed
Products, more stores will soon follow in all other host cities across Austria and Switzerland,
such as in Innsbruck, Klagenfurt and Salzburg for Austria and Basel, Berne, Geneva and Zurich for
Switzerland.
By September, the Official Licensed Products will be available in more than 120 INTERSPORT
stores across Austria, respectively in 120 stores across Switzerland. Those stores will not only
include city stores, but for example as well an INTERSPORT store at the Stubaier Glacier located on
3'250 meters above sea level – probably the highest located store selling fan articles for the UEFA
EURO 2008™ ever!
INTERSPORT is not only the Official Sports Shop of Licensed Products for the UEFA EURO 2008™,
but as well responsible for selling Official Licensed Products at all the stadia and the Official
Fanzones located in all host cities within Austria and Switzerland.
